The picture shows Viktor Hörman with his two degrees, Digital Conversion Manager and Sales Manager!
Congratulations Viktor Hörman
We at Digitalpartner are proud and happy that Viktor Hörman has managed to combine studies and work in recent years. Viktor graduated as Sales Manager at the Business School in Örebro a year ago and now in December as Digital Conversion Manager at the Sales & Marketing School in Stockholm. To study full time and at the same time do such a good job with our customers is a great achievement, congratulations!
What has been the best part of the programme?
"I have gained a lot of extra knowledge because I learnt the theory at school and then applied my newly acquired knowledge directly in my work. What I like about the programme is the combination of distance learning and the fact that it is intensive. The fact that it is about conversion optimisation makes it very relevant to me in my daily work." Replies Mr Hörman
What has been the biggest challenge?
"It has definitely been combining full-time studies with working more than full-time. Late nights and studying at weekends have been standard for me for a few years now."
What will you take away from the programme?
"I have become much more confident in my role as a Digital Strategist now with the knowledge I have gained from the programme. Then to be 1 of 14 in Sweden who have a degree as Digital Conversion Manager means that I and Digital partner now has expertise that is unique."
Have you finished your studies now?
"In today's society, you have to constantly learn new things to keep up with developments, especially in my industry. So I wouldn't say I'm done studying, but I won't be studying full-time again. However, there are many relevant skills-enhancing certificates from organisations such as Google which I will take!" Says Viktor Hörman

Digital Conversion Manager
A Digital Conversion Manager is like a mix between a Digital Strategist, Web Developer and a Digital Marketer. The common thread of the training is digital conversion optimisation, which in short means getting the visitor to become a customer. A conversion optimiser ensures that your company receives relevant traffic and, by optimising the website, gets the traffic to go from visitor to paying customer!
Sales & Marketing College
The programme is developed by Sälj & Marknadshögskolan in Stockholm. Which is a highly regarded college that has been training competent sales and marketing people for decades!
