- Followers Followers are a base of users who have deliberately chosen to follow you on social media.

- Interaction frequency How many people react, comment or share your social media posts.
- Dynamic range Also known as organic reach. It is the number of people who see your content without paid distribution. I.e. any free distribution of the post, usually through tags, shares and references.
Social media glossary
CTA
Stands for Call to Action. It is a term often used to describe elements or prompts that take the visitor further in a buying process, for example.
Did you know? Call to Actions are most common in e-commerce segments, where they are naturally present. However, they are equally important in other segments, such as informational or business websites. Even on these, it is important to entice the visitor to take action and show them the way to a conversion.
Dynamic range
Also known as organic reach. It is the number of people who see your content without paid distribution. I.e. any free distribution of the post, usually through tags, shares and references.
Level of engagement
The engagement rate for a campaign is the percentage of visitors who have seen the advert or post and engaged with it in some way e.g. shared, commented, shopped etc. Good engagement rates are the domino effect or exponential growth. I.e. 2 visitors spread the product/service to 2 people each, and these people do the same.
Facebook Audience Insights
Gives you deeper audience insights and can give you better conversion value if you know your audience and capitalise on this. E.g. age, gender, geographical location or language.
Facebook Insights
Facebook's tool for extracting data and statistics (audience statistics) about your traffic from advertising and organic spread on Facebook.
fans
Users who have liked your page on Facebook but do not follow it.
Followers

Google Analytics
Google's own measurement tool used for web analysis. You can see statistics on, for example, how many visitors to the website come from Facebook.
Growth hacking
A process of rapid testing to see how to increase the growth of a business.
Did you know? The idea behind growth hacking is to use e.g. A/B testing, social media or viral spread features to get more leverage out of every marketing dollar spent.
Influencers
A collective term for an opinion leader in the advertising and media context, influencing the attitudes and actions of the reader/follower. An influencer often has a large number of followers and often charges to advertise for companies.
Instagram Analytics
Instagram Analytics is Instagram's own measurement tool. In the tool, you can see how your account and posts are performing in, for example, the growth rate of the number of followers.
Interaction frequency
So many people reacting, commenting and sharing your social media posts.
Purchased range
Purchased reach is the number of people who see your content as a result of paid campaigns. The more you invest, the more reach you tend to get.
Did you know? Combining paid and organic reach works great, and is usually the best way to go.
LinkedIn Analytics
LinkedIn Analytics is LinkedIn's own measurement tool. It allows you to see how your business page is performing. You can measure metrics such as impressions, visitors and clicks.
Mentions
Mentions in Swedish. Mentions of the company in different media. Helps companies understand how visible they are on the web and how they are perceived.
Did you know? Media analytics companies analyse which brands are most mentioned in the media. One way for companies to influence the results is to hire influencers to mention the brand for a fee.
Twitter Analytics
Instagram's own measurement tool. The tool shows how your audience is responding to your posts so you can analyse what's working and what's not. The aim of the tool is to boost your account's performance.
Viral reach
The spread when a user likes or shares content and what it generates.
YouTube Analytics
YouTube's own measurement tool. The tool shows how your audience responds to your posts so you can analyse what works and what doesn't. Also a way for you to get to know your users and what they like.
