    A warm welcome to Digitalpartner Margret, what are you studying and what are you looking forward to most during your internship with us?

    I am studying to become a Technical Account Manager. I have been given the opportunity to do my internship at Digitalpartner to become an expert in marketing, consulting (B2B) and project management. What I am looking forward to the most is being part of the Digitalpartner family and contributing with a positive energy! 

    Can you tell us something we don't know about you?

    What you don't know about me is that I have a truck driving licence.

    What is your favourite travel destination?

    My favourite travel destination is South Africa specifically Cape Town, there is something for everyone!

      Tips for Christmas Eve!

      The Christmas Eve gathering with bingo has become a campfire to gather around. We are, of course, hoping for extra big wins and a cosy evening. Here are our best tips on how to make your Christmas Eve gathering a success:
      • Have a good pen to dab with
      • Be sure to keep track of the bingo times.
      • Stock up on sweets and drinks so you can stay awake until the 5 o'clock bingo at 11:10 p.m.
      • Make your own bingo card for the children so that they can keep themselves occupied too.

      We can all agree on this: Christmas ham is always a must. Preferably with a good, coarse-grained mustard.

      According to our Art Director Johan, Brussels sprouts are a must. With the quote, "Cabbage in all shapes and forms should always be available.".

      Meatballs

      Nigel loves meatballs, and who doesn't? Our tip is to prepare the meatballs in advance, bake them in the oven and freeze them. Then take them straight from the freezer into the frying pan so that the meatballs get a nice surface.

      Gravad lax

      Gravad lax feels like a divisive dish, but a little fish is a must on the Christmas table. Add a little hovmästarsås sauce and we have a clear winner.

      Jansson's temptation

      Today we're sharing a recipe from Nigel's mother-in-law.

      Nigel's mother-in-law's amazing Jansson's Temptation

      • 10-12 medium-sized potatoes, approx. 1.2 kg
      • 2-3 yellow onions
      • 1 tin of anchovy fillets (Grebbestads 125 g)
      • 4-5 dl cream
      • Salt
      • breadcrumbs

      DO THIS:

      1. Shred the onion, sauté it in the pan until it softens.
      2. Grease a baking tin. 
      3. Shred the potatoes.
      4. Put half of the potatoes in the bottom.
      5. Add the fried onions and anchovies with the stock from the tin.
      6. Then add the other half of the potatoes.
      7. Then pour on the cream so that it covers the potatoes.
      8. Lightly salt and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
      9. Then into the oven at 200°C for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are soft!
