Manage and develop: Our customers' social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).
Plan, create and implement: Content and campaigns that increase brand awareness, stand out and engage.
Co-operate: With our team to ensure content is aligned with goals and visions.
Analyse: Results and statistics to continuously improve customer presence and social media campaigns.
Manage and optimise ads: On social media platforms

We are looking for people who

Is enterprising and self-motivated with the ability to drive projects from idea to final product within deadline
Have the ability to think both creatively and analytically
Is structured and meticulous and can easily manage several projects at the same time
Strong communication and co-operation skills
You see opportunities in challenges and have strong problem-solving skills
An eye for quality and detail in writing, photography and video production
You are comfortable in social contexts

Tips for Christmas Eve!

The Christmas Eve gathering with bingo has become a campfire to gather around. We are, of course, hoping for extra big wins and a cosy evening. Here are our best tips on how to make your Christmas Eve gathering a success:

Have a good pen to dab with
Be sure to keep track of the bingo times.
Stock up on sweets and drinks so you can stay awake until the 5 o'clock bingo at 11:10 p.m.
Make your own bingo card for the children so that they can keep themselves occupied too.

Must-haves on the Christmas table

Christmas ham

We can all agree on this: Christmas ham is always a must. Preferably with a good, coarse-grained mustard.

Brussels sprouts

According to our Art Director Johan, Brussels sprouts are a must. With the quote, "Cabbage in all shapes and forms should always be available.".

Meatballs

Nigel loves meatballs, and who doesn't? Our tip is to prepare the meatballs in advance, bake them in the oven and freeze them. Then take them straight from the freezer into the frying pan so that the meatballs get a nice surface.

Gravad lax

Gravad lax feels like a divisive dish, but a little fish is a must on the Christmas table. Add a little hovmästarsås sauce and we have a clear winner.

Brown beans

This is on behalf of our web developer Morgan; the rest of us distance ourselves from it. But Morgan must have brown beans, that's enough.

Jansson's temptation

Last but not least, Jansson's temptation. You haven't missed Nigel's mother-in-law's recipe, which you'll find under door 15.

Well, ICA has some work to do here. The flavour is weak, and it's not the kind of Christmas soda you remember.

Very sweet! This juice is probably more suitable for small children than for adults.

We can say with certainty that the classic Apotekarnes is the best! It still holds up and will continue to be a favourite of ours.

Today we're sharing a recipe from Nigel's mother-in-law.

Nigel's mother-in-law's amazing Jansson's Temptation

10-12 medium-sized potatoes, approx. 1.2 kg
2-3 yellow onions
1 tin of anchovy fillets (Grebbestads 125 g)
4-5 dl cream
Salt
breadcrumbs

DO THIS:

Shred the onion, sauté it in the pan until it softens.
Grease a baking tin.
Shred the potatoes.
Put half of the potatoes in the bottom.
Add the fried onions and anchovies with the stock from the tin.
Then add the other half of the potatoes.
Then pour on the cream so that it covers the potatoes.
Lightly salt and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.
Then into the oven at 200°C for 45-50 minutes until the potatoes are soft!
